Vendor Agreement

Vendors are responsible for leaving the area in the same condition they found it. You will be responsible for any damages to your area and the Trooper Damon Allen Memorial Foundation is not responsible for any accidents that result in injury or damage to your items, vehicles or inventory. There will be a deposit amount of $60.00 to reserve your spot, this will be refunded when you set up your vendor booth on the day of the event. Any cancellations made less than 30 days from the event day will result in a non-refundable deposit. You will provide any equipment you require (tables, chairs, canopy etc.). There will be no offensive language or behavior allowed and nothing offensive/inappropriate may be sold at the event. We reserve the right to cancel your reservation if the rules are not followed.
